Fully equipped with oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine and all the cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils you may need.

Large larder cupboard and ample storage. Tea towels, washing up liquid, soap etc are provided. Tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk also supplied.

Lounge: Cosy room with fireplace/electric stove. TV, video & DVD player. Selection of books, games, jigsaws, CDs and films.

Bathroom: Bath (with hand held shower attachment), wash basin, heated towel rail. Towels provided.

Separate WC: Toilet rolls provided.

First floor

Bedroom one: a light and spacious room with two single beds. Views overlooking field with many mature trees to the rear and the stable block & coach house to the side. Large airing cupboard. All bed linen provided. Hairdryer.

Bedroom two: also a large room with one double bed and one single bed. Views overlooking the front garden and the old stable block to the side. Storage heaters in both bedrooms. Hairdryer.

Outside

A small enclosed gravelled courtyard immediately adjoining the cottage. A particular sun trap in the afternoons and on summer evenings. Seating areas. Shed to store bicycles.

Parking: off road for two cars directly outside the cottage.
