From London/M25

Leave the M25 at junction 16 onto the M40 (towards Oxford). Leave the M40 at junction 6 (B4009) and turn right (signposted Thame, Chinnor & Princes Risborough) and continue for about half a mile. Take the left turning signposted to Thame (A40). Continue along this road for about one and a half miles through the village of Postcombe and a short distance after leaving the village take the right turn signposted Thame (B4012). Continue on this winding road for about 4 miles into Thame. At the T-junction on entering the town (Shell garage across the road in front of you) turn left. Continue along this street over the traffic calming measures and straight across the mini roundabout. After a short distance on the left is a war memorial and just beyond that is a layby. Turn in here and Number 32 is through the wooden double gates. Go through these and take the right fork of the drive.  The Elms Cottage is then found after a few yards to the left.

From the North

Leave the M40 at junction 8A and take the A418 for about six miles towards Thame, passing through Tiddington. At the roundabout on the outskirts of Thame take the second exit signposted to the town centre. After about half a mile follow the road round to the right into the Lower High Street. Continue straight along this street over a set of double mini roundabouts, past the car park, over another mini roundabout and past another car park. Just opposite the entrance to this second car park is a layby on the right (just before the war memorial). Turn in here and Number 32 is through the wooden double gates. Go through these and take the right fork of the drive.  The Elms Cottage is then found after a few yards to the left.
