Self-catering Holiday Rental of The Elms Cottage
- Arrival and departure times: The Cottage will be available for occupation from 3.30pm on the day of arrival. Please vacate the property by 11am on the day of departure.
- Key collection/return: The Cottage key may be collected from the owner at The Elms (next door). On departure, please lock The Cottage and return the key to the main house.
- Breakages, loss or damage: Should be reported to the owners as soon as possible. We regret any breakages, loss of items from or damage to The Elms Cottage must be paid for.
- Pets: We regret we are unable to accommodate pets.
- Smoking: We regret no smoking in The Elms Cottage.
- Furniture, fittings and equipment: To be left in the same clean and tidy state of repair at the end of the rental period.
- Cancellation: We will be happy to rebook or if that is not possible a refund will be given, minus the deposit. We would therefore recommend holiday cancellation insurance.
- Price includes: Electricity, bed linen, towels, toilet rolls.
- Liability: The proprietors cannot accept liability for any injury sustained by any person or damage/loss to property brought onto the premises by the hirer.
